Method
 

  1. Combine 1 cup white distilled vinegar and 1 cup filtered water in a pitcher or jar
  1. Add 1½ tablespoons kosher salt and stir until completely dissolved
  1. Add sliced cucumber, fresh dill, crushed garlic cloves, and black peppercorns to the liquid
  1. Stir well to combine all ingredients
  1. Let steep for 10 minutes to allow flavors to infuse
  1. Strain out solids if desired, or drink with the herbs and cucumber pieces included
  1. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use
