Ingredients
  

Bottom Layer Matcha Base
  • 2 tsp high-quality ceremonial grade matcha powder
  • 60 ml hot water 70-80°C/160-175°F
  • 30 ml simple syrup or honey
  • 100 ml whole milk
Middle Layer Matcha Cream
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 150 ml heavy cream 35% fat
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
Top Layer Matcha Cheese Foam
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 50 g cream cheese room temperature
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
Additional Components
  • 2 tbsp matcha mochi pearls or regular tapioca pearls
  • 2 tbsp matcha jelly cubes
  • as needed ice cubes
  • as needed extra matcha powder for dusting

  1. Cook the mochi pearls according to package instructions and let cool.
