Add Flavor Components
- Once slightly cooled, whisk in the acai powder and crushed freeze-dried strawberries. Stir continuously to prevent clumping—those tiny flavor pockets need to dissolve completely! Add vinegar and green coffee extract (if using).
Strain and Chill
- Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove any undissolved particles. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours—though overnight refrigeration yields the most authentic flavor profile.
Assemble Your Pink Drink
- Fill a glass halfway with ice cubes. Pour in 3/4 cup of your chilled strawberry-acai base. Add 1/4 cup coconut milk and stir gently—just enough to create that signature pink swirl without fully incorporating.
Garnish and Serve
- Add fresh strawberry slices and a few blackberries (if using). For an extra-special presentation, thread berries onto a decorative skewer. Serve immediately with a reusable straw.
