- Rim a glass with pickle brine salt by moistening the rim with lime juice and dipping into the salt.
- Add pickle juice, blanco tequila, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup to a blender.
- Add 2 cups of ice to the blender.
- Blend until you achieve a slushy, frozen texture.
- Pour the mixture into the salt-rimmed glass.
- Garnish with a pickle spear and lime wheel if desired. Serve immediately.
