  • 8-10 leaves fresh mint
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup
  • 2-3 oz soda water

Method
 

  1. Muddle 8-10 fresh mint leaves with 2 oz white rum, 1 oz fresh lime juice, and ¾ oz simple syrup.
