Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1 can
  • 1 cup Jamaican dark rum Appleton Estate or Myers’s
  • 1 tsp instant coffee granules
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of ground nutmeg
  • Chocolate syrup optional, for drizzling inside the glass

Method
 

  1. Blend the Base: Add heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk to a blender. Blend on low until smooth.

  5. Chill: Transfer the mixture to a sealed glass bottle or container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
