For the Lemonade Base
  • 1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice about 6–8 lemons
  • ¾ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 4 cups Water cold water is best for a refreshing taste
For the Tropical Flavor Boost
  • ½ cup Dragonfruit (Pitaya) Purée fresh or frozen dragonfruit works; frozen is more convenient
  • 1 cup Pineapple Juice 100% pure juice with no added sugar
  • ¼ cup Mango Juice optional, for extra layer of tropical sweetness
For Garnish
  • 1 slice Lemon
  • 1 piece Dragonfruit

Equipment

  • cocktail shaker or mason jar
  • measuring spoons

Method

Prepare the Lemonade Base
  1. In a large pitcher, mix freshly squeezed lemon juice with granulated sugar. Stir the sugar and lemon juice until the sugar dissolves completely. Add cold water and stir—taste to make sure the tanginess matches what you want. If it's too sour, you can add a touch more sugar or water to balance it out.
Create the Pineapple-Dragonfruit Blend
  1. In a blender, combine the dragonfruit purée and pineapple juice. Blend until smooth. If using fresh or frozen dragonfruit, make sure it's fully blended to avoid pulp. Optional: Add mango juice (around ¼ cup) for extra sweetness and depth.
Combine the Lemonade and Tropical Mix
  1. Pour the pineapple-dragonfruit mixture into the pitcher with the lemonade. Stir well to combine all the flavors.
Chill and Serve
  1. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together. Serve over ice for the ultimate refreshing experience. Add a slice of lemon or a piece of dragonfruit for garnish.
