  • 0.5 cup Muscat grape juice preferably fresh or high-quality store-bought
  • 1 teaspoon gelatin powder or vegetarian alternative like agar-agar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar adjust to taste
  • 0.5 cup water
Frappuccino Base
  • 1 cup Muscat grape juice
  • 0.5 cup milk or non-dairy alternative whole milk or oat milk works wonderfully
  • 3 tablespoons whipped cream for blending
  • 2 tablespoons condensed milk for added sweetness and richness
  • 1.5 cups ice cubes
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
For Garnish
  • whipped cream generously, for indulgent finish
  • fresh muscat grapes halved or sliced
  • Muscat grape syrup optional for extra flavor

Method
 

Prepare The Jelly
  1. Bloom the gelatin: In a small bowl, mix the gelatin with 1 tablespoon of cold water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it thickens.
