Method
- Prepare The Strawberry Base
- In a small pitcher, combine white grape juice (or green tea) with strawberry puree and lemon juice. Stir or whisk well to blend flavors evenly. Optionally add sliced fresh strawberries for extra flavor. Set aside.

- Add The Creamy Element
- Fill your glass with ice cubes, leaving room at the top. Pour the strawberry base over the ice, filling about 3/4 of the way. Slowly add oat milk to create that signature swirling "daydream" effect.

- Make The Cold Foam Topping
- In a small bowl or milk frother, combine heavy cream (or oat creamer) with vanilla syrup. Froth until light and foamy. If you don't have a frother, seal in a mason jar and shake vigorously for 30-60 seconds.

- Garnish And Serve
- Spoon the cold foam on top of the drink, letting it float over the creamy strawberry layer. Garnish with strawberry slices, freeze-dried dragon fruit, or a mint leaf. Add a reusable straw and enjoy!

Notes
Use Fresh Ingredients:
Store-bought strawberry syrup works, but fresh strawberry puree makes the drink taste more vibrant and authentic.
Customize Sweetness: Adjust sweetness by adding more or less strawberry syrup or vanilla to suit your taste preferences.
Chill Ingredients First:
Cold ingredients blend better and create more distinct layers. Refrigerate your oat milk and juice beforehand.
Green Tea for Caffeine:
Use chilled green tea instead of grape juice for a 25-35mg caffeine boost similar to Dunkin's Refreshers.
Make Ahead:
Prep the strawberry base up to 3 days in advance and store in the fridge.
Add fresh cold foam when serving.
Vegan Option:
Use oat creamer instead of heavy cream for the cold foam to keep the entire drink plant-based.
Storage:
Store strawberry base in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Freeze extra puree in ice cube trays for up to 3 months.
