Ingredients

Base
  • 0.5 cup strawberry acai juice blend or cranberry-strawberry juice use a 50/50 mix of cranberry juice and strawberry juice if acai blend unavailable
  • 0.25 cup coconut milk canned or carton, full-fat works best
  • 0.25 cup water or white grape juice water for less sweetness, grape juice for more
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes about 4-6 cubes
For Topping
  • 1 tablespoon freeze-dried strawberries optional garnish
  • 1 pinch edible glitter or pearl dust optional for shimmer effect

Equipment

  • cocktail shaker or mason jar
  • measuring spoons

Method

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, packing them about halfway full to ensure the drink stays cold and refreshing.
  2. Pour the strawberry acai juice blend (or cranberry-strawberry juice mixture) over the ice, filling about halfway up the glass.
  3. Add the water or white grape juice to the glass, stirring gently to combine the juices evenly.
  4. Slowly pour the coconut milk into the drink, allowing it to swirl and create the signature pink ombré effect. Do not stir immediately to maintain the visual separation.
  5. Gently stir the drink with a long spoon or straw to blend the coconut milk throughout, creating a uniform pink color.
  6. Top with freeze-dried strawberries and edible glitter if desired, then serve immediately with a wide straw for the best experience.
